Innovation in cold forming in Padua
Prima Zanetti in Padua performs the complete design of the cold forming process in-house using CAD 3D software for modeling and designing of individual tooling, produced in-house by BZ Forming S.r.l, a company established as a spin-off of the tooling department. The highly qualified technical staff performs feasibility analyses and develops innovative solutions in cooperation with the customer.
Always cost-saving oriented, we offer technical support for the development of co-design projects, optimizing our process and the customer’s product, suggesting alternative materials suitable for the forming process and integrative technologies to obtain complex parts, but at a lower cost. Particularly innovative is the use of FEM numerical simulation software, which allows us to validate the cold forming process, prior the design and construction of the tools necessary, saving cost and time.

Treatments
Pre-treatment degreasing, oiling, finishing washing for steel, copper, aluminium, and brass. Wide range of thermal and galvanic treatments in outsourcing.
Sorting
We offer in-house or outsourced products checked by sorting machines equipped with optical cameras, capable of achieving 100% conformity verification.
Logistics
We put the outmost care in packaging, which is carried out according to Customer’s packaging specifications.
